This program enables immediate partnership creation across four key sectors:

Please arrive in Delhi on Sunday, 4th October. If you would like to extend your stay and arrive on Saturday, 3rd October, we can offer an optional ‘cultural day’ and overnight hotel (for an additional cost).

  • Closed-door orientation outlining India strategy, objectives, and expected TNE & institutional outcomes
    • Briefing on National Education Policy (NEP), internationalization strategy, and regulatory frameworks
  • Vice Chancellor / India Higher Education Leaders Round Table
  • Government meetings, for example:
    • NITI Aayog 
    • Ministry of Education
    • Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
    • US Embassy
    • Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC)
  • Education Agent Directors Dinner,  e.g. IDP, I-20,  or Valmiki

Day 2- Tuesday, 6th October

Delhi: Individual Institutions

  • Morning university visits (Delhi, Noida and Gurugram)  for example:
    • O.P. Jindal Global
    • Ashoka University
    • IIT Delhi
    • SGT University 
    • KR Mangalam 
  • Afternoon K12 School Leaders roundtable
  • Early Evening departure to Mumbai

Day 3- Wednesday, 7th October

Mumbai: Individual Institutions

  • Morning university visits for example:
    • Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS)
    • Atlas SkillTech University
    • Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Sciences (NMIMS) 
    • University of York - Mumbai 
  • Round table dinner with Industry Leaders  

Day 4- Thursday, 8th October

Chennai: Government & Development

  • Early morning departure to Chennai

Day 5- Friday, 9th October

Chennai: Individual Institutions

  • Program Wrap-Up & Debrief

Cost & Inclusions

Program Cost (per person):

  • $ 10,000 (USD)
  • $8,500 (USD) for AIEA members


Included: 
5* hotels, meals, domestic flights, local transportation, and senior delegation support.

Not Included: International flights, insurance, and visa costs, gratuities and other costs not included above.

Payment Plan

50% of program cost by July 30th, 2026.

Balance due no later than August 31st, 2026.
